These Terms govern your use of the website of Cedaria ABA Therapy(“Cedaria,” “we,” “us”). By using this site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

In an emergency, do not use this website. The forms here are requests for a call back and are not monitored continuously. If a child is in danger or needs urgent medical help, call 911. For a mental health crisis, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).

Informational purpose only

The content on this website is general information about our services. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional diagnosis, treatment, or consultation with a qualified provider. Always seek the advice of a qualified professional with any questions about your child’s health or development.

Using a form does not make you a client

Visiting this website or sending a form does not create a client, provider, or treatment relationship. The forms here are a request to be contacted. A relationship begins only after we have spoken with you, completed intake, verified benefits where relevant, and agreed in writing to provide services.

We aim to respond within one business day, but we do not guarantee a response time, and you should not rely on this website for anything time-sensitive.

Do not send health information through this site

Our forms deliberately do not ask for any health information, and you should not send any — not a diagnosis, not a medical history, not details about a child’s condition. Ordinary web forms and email are not secure channels for health information.

When we need clinical or insurance detail, we collect it through our separate secure, HIPAA-compliant form, or by speaking with you directly. See our Privacy Policy for what we do collect here.

Acceptable use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes, and not to:

• Damage, disable, overburden, or impair the site;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems;
• Submit information that is false, misleading, or not yours to share — including submitting someone else’s contact details; or
• Use automated means to submit our forms, or attempt to defeat their protections.

What you send us

When you send a form, you confirm the information is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. If you provide someone else’s contact details, you confirm you have their permission. We use what you send to respond to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Job applications submitted through the careers page go to CareerPlug, our recruiting provider, inside its own frame. Your use of that form, including any résumé you upload, is also governed by CareerPlug’s terms and privacy notice.

Insurance and coverage

Any information on this website about insurance, coverage, or benefits is general. Verifying your benefits is not a guarantee of coverage or payment— coverage is determined by your plan, and eligibility can change. We will tell you what we find, but your plan decides.

Intellectual property

The Cedaria name, logo, text, graphics, and other content on this website are owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

Third-party services and links

This site embeds one third-party service — the CareerPlug recruiting widget on the careers page — and links to others, including our secure insurance-verification forms provider (MailHippo, Inc.) and a mapping service. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party site or service, and those links are provided for convenience only.

This website is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cedaria will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
